Bangkok Art & Culture Centre

Throwback post again!

Going to Bangkok with hubby will definitely make him feel bored if I shop 24/7. Since hubby is an art person, I purposely spared 2 hours for him to visit this Bangkok Art & Culture Centre. It is a great activity in a rainy day or you wanna a break to stay away from the hot weather.

The entrance to this centre was FREE! It was a really good place to enjoy nice pieces of modern art as the exhibitions were regularly renewed. There were many interesting exhibits including installation art, photographs and sculptures from local artists. 

There were also a number of trendy cafes and restaurants but our food list was too long so we foregone these.

I love the souvenirs shops here! You can really find good quality and tasteful pieces for your loved ones!

Visitors were mainly youngsters or some art students

1st-4th floor were mostly shops, cafes, restaurants and private galleries.

Amazing design! The interior was really modern and spacious. It had huge white curving facade and spiral walkways.

6th - 9th floors were the main galleries. There were nothing much to see during my visit but I still managed to find few impressive art works. It really depends on luck on when you are visiting because they have rotating exhibits.

We had a wonderful time during our visit to this contemporary art centre! This was a new and eye-opening experience in Bangkok that really worth a visit!
