The Chateau Spa & Organic Wellness Resort, Berjaya Hills (Part 2)

Hi Hi!

It took so long time for me to complete this post as I'm super busy with my work as well as planning for my coming Melbourne trip.

Yes, I'm flying to Melbourne in less than two weeks time to experience my first ever self drive journey! But that's a lot of homework to do and it's definitely not as easy as my other free and easy trips.


Okay, let's continue with my stay experience in The Chateau ^^


This post is more on the review of the food which I gave a very high rating as they used almost all organic ingredients and the quality was so much better than other 5 star hotels.


I'm going to start with breakfast served at Belle Vue in the hotel.

Well, I thought it was going to be an usual buffet breakfast but I was so wrong! Continue to read to find out more guys!



What to eat? What to eat? I almost wanted to try everything on the menu!



If you like to enjoy the morning breeze while having breakfast, then this outdoor area would be perfect.

Everything was served by the waiters (except salads). The breakfast menu was simple, consisting of fruit platter, cheese platter, bread, yogurt, egg, pancake, crepe and beverages.

I ordered scrambled egg and trust me, this is the best scrambled egg I have ever had because they were soft and slightly runny. Really cooked to perfection!



Meat platter. I ordered smoke salmon but nothing to shout about this.



Yogurt with fruit topping! They served fresh raspberries and blueberries too!







Crepe. Simply delicious!



Pancake. It was slightly salted and tasted so good with the jam provided



And what surprised me was the beautiful and majestic Vera Wang's dinnerware collection! I wanna bring them home!!!

The breakfast really exceeded our expectation! The impeccable service and food impressed us and we loved this tea room so much as the French music played made us felt like staying in France!

How I wish to stay here for few more days!



I really love the serenity of this place. The Chateau had very low occupancy rate and it allowed only hotel guest to enter and thus we totally felt like this was our very own castled theme luxurious home.


The cabanas were great for a rest or a nap in the afternoon as the weather was cool!

Seriously Malaysia doesn't have many hotels located on the hill, offering great view, cool weather and high privacy.

Walking over to La Vie All Day Dining Restaurant for our late lunch.



The restaurant offered few sections with different interior design and we chose this due to the pool view and sunlight.



Complimentary bread. Reminded me of the sweet moment we had in Italy, having all types of breads for our breakfast.



Spaghetti Aglio Olio with king prawn (RM72). The sweet cherry tomato and fresh mushroom made the dish more flavourful. The prawn was just nice though it could be better.



Chicken wrap with avocado dip and french fries (RM32). The avocado dip was good. Healthy and yummy!








For those who plan to have a getaway at The Chateau, I strongly recommend you to dine in the hotel rather than those restaurants in Colmar Tropicale though the latter has more choices and the price is more affordable but the food quality will definitely disappoint you.

Elegant yet relaxing



L’assiette French Fine Dining Restaurant. A glamorous restaurant that you can dine with class. Of course, comes along with the price tag.


We did not dine here as I'm not really a fine dining fans plus there were many other restaurants nearby which were more affordable.



I believe it's quite a gastronomical experience to dine in this award winning restauran

If you think staying here is too boring and would like to have some fun, The Chateau also offered free shuttle using their Mercedes van to Colmar Tropicale where you can enjoy the stage performance and souvenir shopping. In addition, they have yoga classes and many types of spa treatment to make you feel pampered like French Royalty.


The staff were amazingly friendly, beyond expectations. They would serve you with a smile, and offer help without even asking! They also did a short tour and introduction about the hotel right after our check in so we got to know where to go and what we can do in this secluded castle.

I must say that The Chateau is really a perfect refuge from the hectic city.
